This page explains how to request deletion of your Cloudy CMS account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Email 14peakslab@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account and data deletion request”. Include the account email and, if relevant, the organization name so we can locate your records.
We verify the request comes from the account owner, then process it within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your organization’s uploaded media and playlists, and the records of devices linked to it (including device identifiers and push notification tokens).
- Associated profile and configuration data.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, billing and tax records), and aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you. Retained billing records are kept only as long as the law requires and are then deleted.
Deleting a single device
To remove just one signage device without closing your account, unlink it from the dashboard. Unlinking removes the device’s stored credentials and push notification token.
